While users cannot upload content but can initiate AI-generated content creation, which remains private and not publicly accessible, certain types of content are strictly forbidden as outlined in this Blocked Content Policy.

Prohibited Content

a. Illegal Content: Any content that violates local, national, or international laws is prohibited. This includes content related to illegal drugs, weapons, violence, or advocating illegal activities.

b. Hate Speech and Discrimination: Content promoting hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics is not tolerated.

c. Violence and Harm: Content that encourages or glorifies violence, self-harm, or harm to others, including suicide, terrorism, or any form of harm, is strictly prohibited.

d. Child Exploitation: We strictly forbid content that exploits or endangers minors, including child pornography, sexual exploitation, or any form of harm or harassment towards minors.

e. Content Resembling Minors: Generating AI content that resembles minors is strictly prohibited. We ensure AI-generated content does not exploit or resemble minors, and any such attempts will be removed following our Content Moderation procedures.

f. Privacy and Copyright Infringement: Content infringing on privacy, copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights is not allowed. This includes sharing personal information without consent and pirated or unauthorized copyrighted material.

g. Impersonation and Celebrity Content: Impersonating or misrepresenting real individuals, public figures, or celebrities in a deceptive or harmful manner is prohibited.

Content Responsibility

Users are responsible for the content generated by AI Companions through text, voice messages, images, and videos. Users must ensure their interactions comply with laws, regulations, and our policies, particularly this Blocked Content Policy, and refrain from illegal, unethical, or harmful activities.

Content Moderation

Our proprietary LLM technology-based content moderation filter ensures compliance with our policies. If content violating our terms is detected, we may review and take actions, including account termination, to maintain a respectful and secure environment.

Content Removal and Account Suspension

Violations of this policy may lead to content removal, account suspension, or legal action as deemed appropriate.
