Our DMCA Policy outlines the procedures we follow in response to notifications of alleged copyright infringement on our platform, Mamacita.ai (“APP”).

Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used on Mamacita.ai without authorization, you or your agent can notify us with the following information:

a. The copyright owner's or their agent's electronic or physical signature;

b. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, and sufficient details to locate it on the APP;

c. Your contact details, including address, telephone number, and email;

d. A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

e. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

DMCA Notices Response
Upon receiving a complete infringement notice, our actions include:

a. Verifying that the notice complies with DMCA requirements;

b. Promptly taking appropriate preliminary actions, such as blocking access to the alleged infringing material, typically within 1-3 days of receiving the notice;

c. Informing the alleged infringer, requesting their response and counter-evidence.

Counter Notification
If you believe a copyright infringement claim has been wrongly filed against you, you may submit a counter-notice. We will inform the claimant, pause the process for 10-14 days, and may reinstate your content unless legal action is initiated against you in that period.
